Warehouse Labor is seeking an experienced Customer Care Coordinator for one of our premier logistics and distribution clients in Edison, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated customer service professional with logistics or warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, billing, invoicing, and service requests.
Track and trace shipments while providing timely updates to customers.
Prepare rate quotes and assist with customer account inquiries.
Process warehouse accessorial billing accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate shipments to ensure orders are scheduled and delivered on time.
Investigate and process overage, shortage, and damaged freight claims.
Maintain accurate customer records and update account requirements as needed.
Communicate effectively with customers, warehouse personnel, carriers, and management.
Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues professionally.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
Minimum of 1 year of warehouse distribution experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality.

Coordinate Packaging Operations: Organize and supervise packaging tasks to meet delivery schedules and quality requirements, ensuring products are packed correctly and shipped on time.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels of packaging materials, reorder supplies as needed, and track packaging components to prevent shortages or delays.
Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all packaging meets safety, regulatory, and company standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for clinical or sensitive products.
