Available Shifts & Pay Rates
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $17.00/hour
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $18.70/hour
Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Operators to join our production team in Somerset, NJ. This position involves assembling and preparing electrical cables and wire harnesses according to production specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble electrical cables, wire harnesses, and related components according to work instructions and quality standards.
Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements, including torquing, stripping, crimping, and cable assembly operations.
Use assembly tools, crimping tools, wire cutters, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
Maintain production standards and meet daily output goals.
Follow detailed assembly instructions, drawings, and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Assist with additional production and assembly tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform constant wrist and hand movements throughout the workday.
Ability to lift up to 23 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
Experience in electrical cable assembly, wire harness assembly, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
English or bilingual skills are not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced manufacturing and production environment.
Repetitive motions and standing for extended periods are required.
Overtime may be required as needed.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick and Pack Associate to join our warehouse team in Edison, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
Pick products from warehouse inventory according to order specifications.
Verify item numbers, quantities, and product quality before packing.
Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during shipment.
Label packages and prepare orders for shipping.
Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to supervisors.

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Cherry Picker and Turret Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating specialized material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Operate cherry picker and turret forklifts to move, locate, stack, and retrieve products in high-rack warehouse settings
Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage areas efficiently and safely
Pick and stage orders accurately according to warehouse management system instructions
Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper product placement
Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Collaborate with team members and warehouse management to ensure smooth operations
Required Qualifications
Valid forklift certification for cherry picker and/or turret equipment
Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating cherry picker and turret forklifts in a warehouse setting
Ability to work at heights and in narrow aisles safely
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic math skills and ability to use warehouse management systems or RF scanners
Excellent safety record and knowledge of OSHA standards
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-volume distribution or fulfillment centers
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Certification in multiple forklift types
High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment
This position operates in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. The role requires operating equipment at heights up to 30+ feet and working in narrow aisles. Must be able to work in a fast-paced setting and meet productivity standards.
