Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating Stand-Up Reach Trucks, Cherry Pickers, and Turret Trucks, along with strong computer proficiency and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role requires attention to detail, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Stand-Up Reach, Cherry Picker, and Turret Truck equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform picking, put-away, replenishment, and inventory tasks using the WMS.
Accurately scan and track inventory using RF scanners and computer systems.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating Stand-Up Reach, Cherry Picker, and Turret Truck forklifts.
Strong computer skills and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (plus).
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Hiring Process:
Initial phone interview.
On-site hands-on equipment testing.
Schedule & Compensation:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime as needed).
$19.00 per hour.

Position Overview
We are actively recruiting experienced Light Manufacturing Assembly Operators on behalf of our client. This is a temp-to-hire, first shift opportunity for candidates with prior light manufacturing or production assembly experience who are ready to contribute from day one. Qualified candidates will join a team-oriented production environment performing hands-on assembly tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards. Strong performers will be considered for direct hire based on attendance, performance, and production goals.
Key Responsibilities
Perform light manufacturing assembly of parts, components, or sub-assemblies per work instructions and product specifications
Use hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and light power tools as required by the assembly process
Inspect assembled products for visual defects, proper fit, and conformance to quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times
Meet production quotas and cycle time goals while maintaining quality
Complete required documentation, checklists, and production records accurately
Communicate issues, defects, or production concerns promptly to team leads or supervisors
Follow all company safety policies, including proper use of PPE
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 6 months of hands-on light manufacturing assembly or production experience required
Familiarity with assembly line processes, quality inspection, and production documentation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted
Reliable attendance and punctuality – this is a first shift position with set hours
Team player with a positive, safety-first attitude
High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent work experience considered
