We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional with proven warehouse leadership, inventory control, administrative, and client-facing experience. This hands-on leadership position supports commercial relocation projects. Candidates should carefully review the requirements below before applying. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate warehouse associates while providing training, guidance, and performance feedback. Oversee receiving, warehousing, inventory control, staging, and distribution activities. Ensure all inventory, shipping, receiving, and operational documentation is completed accurately. Investigate inventory discrepancies and complete corrective actions within 48 business hours. Conduct and document monthly warehouse inspections. Enforce safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and company policies. Train and onboard new associates, helping them achieve proficiency within their first 30–60 days. Serve as a direct point of contact for clients through multiple communication platforms. Prepare reports and complete administrative tasks related to warehouse operations. Collaborate with project managers, drivers, field crews, and other departments. Troubleshoot operational issues, support customer satisfaction, and perform additional duties as assigned. Warehouse Duties Record materials and supplies in the warehouse management system. Complete monthly inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming items accurately. Load and unload furniture, equipment, supplies, and other materials. Prepare outbound items using shrink-wrap, padding, and crating as needed. Stage items for scheduled deliveries and commercial relocations. Assist with modular furniture disassembly and reassembly. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Required Qualifications At least four years of commercial warehouse operations experience. Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience. Proven ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop warehouse employees. Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, stocking, picking, packing, and distribution. Warehouse administrative and documentation experience. Experience communicating directly and professionally with clients. Proficiency with warehouse management systems and other relevant software. Valid driver's license and forklift certification. Ability to safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Ability to regularly lift 50–75 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods. Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, initiative, and a customer-focused attitude.
