Warehouse Labor is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators to work at one of our client's distribution facilities in Milford, PA. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with a strong work ethic who are ready to succeed in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials.
Transport products throughout the warehouse while following all safety procedures.
Load and unload trailers efficiently and accurately.
Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with client and company safety standards.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience required.
Valid forklift certification/license required.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills.
Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
