Picker/Packer

About the Role
We're seeking reliable Picker/Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Flanders, NJ. Pickers fill
customer orders of cased soda and juice products, accurately and on time, while Packers prepare those
orders for shipment. Loading and unloading trucks is also part of the job. This is a flexible role: you'll be
cross-trained and may be asked to work in other positions within the warehouse as needs arise.
Responsibilities
• Pick orders of cased soda and juice products according to pick tickets or order sheets
• Operate an electric pallet jack or pull-behind pump jack to move pallets safely
• Build, wrap, and label pallets for shipment
• Pack and prepare orders for shipping, checking for correct product, quantity, and condition
• Load and unload trucks and trailers, safely handling cased product
• Check orders for accuracy and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to a supervisor
• Cross-train and work in different positions throughout the warehouse as business needs require
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Follow all warehouse safety rules and procedures
Requirements
• Must be able to speak and read English (needed to read pick tickets and labels, and to follow safety
instructions and communicate with the team)
• Previous warehouse experience required
• Able to perform loading and unloading of trucks as part of the job
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and push/pull for the full shift
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Willingness and ability to learn new tasks and be cross-trained in multiple warehouse positions
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience with an electric pallet jack or pump jack (training will be provided)Benefits

Physical Requirements
Work is performed in a warehouse environment and involves continuous standing, walking, lifting, and
