Operations: Operate machinery, assemble components, and assist with production line setups and changeovers.
Quality & Safety: Monitor the production process, perform quality checks, follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Maintenance: Maintain a clean work area, report equipment malfunctions immediately, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance on machinery.
Documentation & Teamwork: Complete accurate production logs, collaborate with team members to hit targets, and participate in continuous training.
Requirements
Education & Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent) and proven experience in a production or similar manufacturing role.
Technical Skills: Ability to read technical documents, and basic math/measurement skills.
Physical Capabilities: Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, ability to lift heavy objects, and strong hand-eye coordination.
Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, with a track record of reliable attendance.
