A Packaging Coordinator manages and oversees packaging Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Packaging Operations: Organize and supervise packaging tasks to meet delivery schedules and quality requirements, ensuring products are packed correctly and shipped on time.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels of packaging materials, reorder supplies as needed, and track packaging components to prevent shortages or delays.
Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all packaging meets safety, regulatory, and company standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for clinical or sensitive products.
Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, warehouse teams, logistics providers, and other departments to optimize packaging methods, reduce costs, and improve workflow efficiency.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare packaging briefs, maintain accurate records, and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Process Improvement: Develop strategies to enhance packaging efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce product damage during transit.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience in packaging, logistics, or manufacturing is highly valued; familiarity with 3D packaging software, mockup tools, and working with printers or packaging suppliers is a plus.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, organizational abilities, and effective communication skills are essential
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy items, operate warehouse machinery safely, and work in a fast-paced environment.
