Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Ticket Writer to join our team on 2nd shift. In this full-time role, you will accurately prepare and process tickets, maintain organized records, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working with computers while handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Write and process customer tickets accurately and efficiently.
Inspect drivers' identification.
Check paperwork for incoming and outgoing tickets and paperwork.
Check date code accuracy on tickets and products.
Ensure all shipments are secured.
Inspect the product for any damage.
Verify information for accuracy before completing transactions.
Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Answer customer questions and assist with ticket-related inquiries.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and professional.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Previous clerical or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
