Forklift Operator

Location: Milford, PA (Client Facility)
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time

Warehouse Labor is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators to work at one of our client's distribution facilities in Milford, PA. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with a strong work ethic who are ready to succeed in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials.
  • Transport products throughout the warehouse while following all safety procedures.
  • Load and unload trailers efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with client and company safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience required.
  • Valid forklift certification/license required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills.
  • Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
