Pick and Pack Associate
Location: Edison, NJ
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick and Pack Associate to join our warehouse team in Edison, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Pick products from warehouse inventory according to order specifications.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and product quality before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during shipment.
- Label packages and prepare orders for shipping.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety and quality.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or order fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
